. . but everyone says these are the handiwork of the devil himself. They ruin scopes, crack stocks, destroy group sizes, cause a guy to go sterile, etc.

I do think if u loaded it down with tons of weight I could see it cracking stocks etc but I put 10lbs and it tames my 300wby down to nothing and no brake on it
