This is a project I bought several years back from Adam Bentley before he became a gunsmith. Chambered and installed by Kevin Weaver, he still shows this reamer print and specs on his website. It's basically a 17 Fireball .200 short. Barrel is a stainless Benchmark 17 cal Varmint contour 24", mics right a .810" at the muzzle, 11* target crown. The action donor is a 221 Fireball, has the matching 221FB magazine, bolt face looks new. Comes with a set of 17FB dies that were shortened .200, 15 pcs of formed once fired brass, 15pcs of new brass ready to form. I've only put the 15 rounds down range to check for function and haven't loaded the other 15. It does require cutting down 221 FBall brass and necking down. If I remember correctly Adam had less than 50 or so down it when he sold it. It does feed from the magazine which was a surprise. Price is 625.00 shipped, paypal cash or certified funds. Benchmark barrels are 300.00+ and Kevin's price to chamber and install is more than that so if you want a fun small case project here ya go.
