Thinking of thinning the heard. I have a like new Kimber Montana in 308. Bought new 2 years ago and never hunted with it. I really don't have a need for such a light rifle and I seldom shoot it and have no plans for using it any time soon. It shoots 1.5" with Nosler BT 125gr, the only hand load I have tried. Approx 40 rounds fired through rifle. It currently has a new model 2.5-8 VX3 mounted in DNZ low rings. I would sell rifle with or without scope. Shipped price is 925.00 for rifle and 1200.00 with mint condition scope. Package is ready to hunt. I would be interested in trades for something heavier. Shoot me a PM for trade offers. I would really be interested in a 250 Savage, new model Winchesters SS, etc, let me know what you got. Price includes shipping.
Thanks

In hopes I might have a load that will deliver the "Sub MOA" Kimber guarantee; Check your PM's
FWIW my .308 Montana only shot 1.5 MOA (150-grain Sierra Pro Hunters over 46 grains of Varget), but one of those $20 Limbsaver barrel dampeners tightened it up quite a bit (to around 1 MOA).
To prospective buyers: that's not a bad price for a lightweight woods gun that will also shoot farther if need be. I'm not selling mine!
I have an Adirondack that was 1.5” at best until I found this thread and now it is under an inch.

WTB Kimber Montana .308 or 7mm-08.
Would you be interested in trading for a Sako A7 roughtec in 308?
Surprised this is still for sale. My Kimber MT .308 shoots sub MOA with 150gr TTSX in a Lapua case over Varget, or H4895 with CCI primers. No tinkering done yet except trigger adjusted to ~2.5lbs.
TTT again. Please only serious interest. Had 2 different trade offers back out on deal and tired of that.
Thanks

Changed mounts to Tally Aluminum LOW. Did not like the look of the DNZ's on the Kimber but will include them in deal.
