PSA 16” AR Upper - 01/19/19

Mine has a black hand guard otherwise I’m pretty sure it’s the one I bought from PSA (I’ve forgotten the exact specs). 30 rounds down the tube. I switched over to a different upper, only reason for selling. I’m pretty sure I was close to $300 when I bought it, would like to get $225 shipped, prefer PayPal. I have a bunch of 556 and 223 ammo too if the buyer wants to discuss shipping that stuff. I can text pics.
