Diarm/Americam Arms 20ga. O/U shotgun. Made in Spain. Very attractive engraving, 26" barrels, 2 3/4"/3" chambers, choked IC/Mod, single non-selective trigger, extractors. Very good condition. Action is tight, bluing is very good, wood is good but it does have a few bumps and light scratches in the buttstock. Handles and comes up very nice. Picked this up from another member of the fire and never fired/used the shotgun. Thinning the gun safe and this seems to be an extra that isn't being used, hence the sale. Priced to move at $535 shipped FFL to FFL. AK extra to be calculated. Sorry, no sales to California. Payment with US Postal Money Order. Thanks for viewing my listing.

Me too, and that's one I would have been seriously interested in, don't understand why people have such a problem about selling/shipping here but there are a lot of people that way. There is an upside though, money stays in my wallet.
Bummer, I would have liked to sell it to either one of you but I'm not set up to jump through the additional administrative Hoops that your liberal state requires. Perhaps if you were an illegal immigrant the state wouldn't require any regulations and I could send it straight to a sanctuary city with no problem.
What hoops are you talking about. You wrap it up and sent it to a FFL in CA of buyers choice and its good to go. Don't know where everybody comes up with this stuff. My Granddaughters husband just had a Tikka sent to him from Texas the same way.
You might want to research the topic a little more. If it was that easy no one would be listing "No California Sales". Anyways thanks for the bump.

It is that easy, there are NO hoops regarding long guns, there are a bunch for handguns. And the so called hoops are paperwork for FFL's, not individuals, Individuals can ship to an FFL without any extra BS just like it's been for years everywhere else. I think most people that refuse CA sales are just following others that do the same but there is no logical reason for it. I would like to know what research you did to arrive at what you claim.

This is correct. There are no hoops for long guns. Just people flexing political muscles unnecessarily. Which is understandable in a lot of cases, but their loss of completing an easy deal.
I have an FFL. That is why I said and meant there are HOOPS to go through.

OK, but that still doesn't mean you cannot ship as an individual.
You California guys should start your own bitch and whinefest thread. For phucqk's sake it's his to do with as he pleases. You live there, it's your problem, nobody else's.
Do you still have this for sale?
Yes Colorado Bob, Still available

Last bump, then back to the gun safe if no one takes it
BACK ON THE MARKET!!! Have more shotguns than needed so I decided to once again offer this dandy/beautiful/nice pointing 20ga. Fit, finish, ***ENGRAVED RECEIVER*** is better than comparable o/u's at twice+ the price. Great carrying scatter gun. It will not disappoint.

I beg to differ. I had to ship from my ffl to anoth r ffl. No individual to ffl. It cost me another $25 on top of what it normally does(unbeknownst to me) and I had to make a receipt for the poor bastard on the other end(great guy mind you) so they could charge him sales tax. Then he had to wait for 10 days and pay an exorbitant transfer fee. It’s not the same as other states, don’t kid yourself. It’s just more steps than I care to take to sell a rifle.....yes all that for a rifle
Half time bump for the Virginia/Auburn game - GO MICHIGAN STATE!!!!!!
Time to bump it up top with a new price. $450 shipped to your FFL. Extra $15 if you like it insured. This is a very nice shotgun. I'm just shotgun poor at this time and this one isn't getting used so it's time for a new home. I have an FFL and must ship to an FFL. Once again, I can't sell to California as I'm not set up to do so. Thanks for viewing my listing.

Time to bump this fine shotgun up. This is a dandy (and very good looking) o/u. It's a lot of gun for the money and won't disappoint. I'm thinning the herd is the only reason I'm letting it go.
Bump to the top
Guys, this is a dandy firearm that would make a great upland shotgun. Pics don't do it justice and the quality is equal to shotguns twice the price. I'm not selling a dud, just have too many shotguns and this one does get used. Thought I might give to my grandson but he's more interested in the video games. I'd like someone on the fire to get this shotgun at an exceptionally reasonable price before it goes over to GB. The shotgun won't disappoint. As always, 3 day inspection period (you can shoot it) for return if it doesn't live up to what I say it is. May consider trades but I'm really not interested in anything specific right now. Thanks for your interest. Steve Vanlerberghe, Bark River, MI

Priced reduced to a bargain $425
Wow, can't believe I'm doing this. Let's reduce the price down to a give away $400. Lot's of shotgun for the money and it won't disappoint.
