It has the micro grove barrel and no safety but I have no idea what year it was manufactured because every "Marlin Expert" on the internet has a different opinion. The best I came come up is somewhere between 76 and 82 but don't hold me to it.

It has a Williams aperture sight and FO front bead but I have the original sights including the front hood which I will include.....if I don't forget to put em in the box. smile

$600 + $50 shipping and insurance from a non FFL holder (me) to your FFL holder where legal in the lower 48.

Listed on orther forums so post "I'll take it".

I think 1983 was the first year of the cross bolt safety, so its older than 1983. Serial number will tell.
First two number's are 18.....this site says that makes it an 82 model.

Yes, that would make it an 82, not sure who could be confused about that. Nice gun at a good price.

If I had the time or gave two chits I'd find the site that said it was mfg between 76&78.

I have no reason to make that chit up and was just trying to be honest.
Sweet rig, very fun on jack rabbits. I have one, but I'm too lazy to go look to see what year. Who cares anyhow, long as it's JM Stamped (which obviously this is), it's a "good one."

Shouldn't last too long for the right buyer.

free bump............nice ole Marlin...........

Made in CT when they give a dammm........

1982........
