This one is marked webley and scott but is a howa made rifle. I put the barreled action into a vanguard stock and added a howa detachable 5 round mag kit. Has the New howa trigger and a 22 inch barrel. Glossy bluing and great looking rifle. I just shoot my 270 more so this one can go. Has bases included. 9.5 twist
