I have for sale a beautiful 1975 Colt Combat Commander 1911 chambered in .45 ACP. This beauty is in great shape for its age, as the pictures show, with only just a little bluing wear at the muzzle. These beauties are pretty hard to find in this condition. The sights were changed with night sights, that are dim. Besides that, the gun is a excellent shooter. I’m asking $750 shipped to your FFL. If you have any questions, please let me know. I have tons of feedback on here, AR15.com, eBay, Gunbroker, and tons of other sights under the same username. Thank you.

I didn't figure this would last. Am I off on the asking price?
DIMHO
the rear sights detract from value.

Yep.

Even though it’s still a really nice gun, in that condition it’s really just a shooter.
Most Colt guys want them all original. With the box and papers.

If it was one of the alloy or Light Weight version’s, it might bring that. On the more common steel version, probably $750 to $800 is a more realistic price. Especially when folks that want a 1911 for a shooter can buy a brand new Springfield Armory 1911 or Ruger 1911 for a little less money nowadays

JMO, though, for whatever it’s worth. 🤠
i love this handgun. change out the rear sight and you should be good to go!
Thanks for the input guys.

Price dropped. $750 shipped.
The only other thing made in 1975 that looks better than this is me! wink

Free bump!

Thanks, Dinny
