This is the last of my Model Seven's and I've pondered keeping it. But I'm putting it out there for interest. Stainless .260 Remington built in April, 1997 by the "CR" barrel date code and confirmation from Remington. This Seven has the 3-screw action. No J-lock of course. 20" barrel. The action sits in a brand new HS Precision stock. The trigger was tuned by 805 and breaks crisply at 2 lbs. 8 ounces pull weight. The sale includes the 30mm medium height Talley Lightweights. The S&B scope stays with me.

There is not a blemish anywhere on this rifle. It is in as-new condition cosmetically, and a very rare find. And it shoots as good as it looks. See 15 photos in the Gallery here: https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/galleries/14177615#Post14177615

My preference is to sell the rifle and rings as a package. But I will sell just the barreled action with bottom metal & Talleys, but only after we've given some time for the entire rifle to sell.....unless someone wants the action and another wants the stock.

$825 shipped to your FFL for the rifle and Talleys. $550 for the barreled action. I accept Paypal F-n-F and USPS money orders. PM me if you have any questions, need more info or photos. Thanks for looking. Very rare find here, folks.

Good looking rifle.
It's a gem, no doubt.
It's a steal.

Great little hunting rig there!
Someone needs to buy it before I change my mind. You'd have to find a New Old Stock in-the-box rifle to be this nice.

Trades? See my Predator 243 listed here
Thanks for asking JW, but I need to replenish the bank account with this one. I've been buying more than selling lately.

Special Model Seven here. $800 shipped.
You know sales are soft when an old [new] 97' 260 isn't sold quickly .
I have the same rifle 97' M7 260rem. - great trigger , super slick action and shoots every bullet i've loaded for it great .
When remington takes a break from making new model sevens [which i wouldn't buy] people will think of the ones like this that they wish they'd have bought .
Paid $700 for mine - the older model 260's are hard to find.
Mine shooting the 100gr. ttsx kills hogs like a bolt of lightening with very little recoil .
Good luck with the sale if i didn't already have one i'd be all over this rifle .
Rifle is SPF.
well that just saved me some money
Lacy1,Me As Well.I'd Typed The Words Last Night. But Thought I'd Sleep On It.. Good Deal.. For a Do All Light Weight Rig..Seller
Is a Straight Shooter As Well..
Ditto, Lacy1 & Mull.

Would've enjoyed it, but didn't need it. The grandkids have plenty of guns already, and I have the .260 in a first gen Ti.

Cool little rifle though, no doubt.
Buyer came through with the funds. Sold.
