For sale - Liberty Contender Longbow

Thought I was going to get into traditional archery but two toddlers and a new puppy have gotten into the way of that so going to pass this one on to someone that can use it.

Righthand Liberty Contender Longbow in like new condition. http://www.libertybows.net/contender.html 55 pound draw weight at 28" draw length.

Comes with-
*** 2 brand new strings with silencers and tied in nocks. Strings are made of green and orange Fury material. They are made by Allen Shafer of Tenringstrings.com. Strings are about $30 each.

*** New Selway Archery bow stringer https://www.cabelas.com/product/Sel...CObP6KLUkOcCFeKyswodvNkFDQ&gclsrc=ds and

*** New Traditional Only Carbon Shafting Test Kit https://www.3riversarchery.com/traditional-only-carbon-shafting-test-kit.html. I cannot find the nocks for the kit but should be able to find them and if not, you can get them from 3rivers for a few dollars.

*** Wool bow sleeve/case

The bow new alone is around $800.

I am asking $475 for the whole package + $25 shipping.

Thank you. It really is a beautiful bow but I’ve come to realize I just don’t have the time to use it. The length is 64”.

When did you purchase this bow. I cannot find any info on a website for them. I had one in 2012 and it was a great bow. Broke the tip off when a truck door blew closed on it.
If you ship, would it be shipped in a hard tube like PVC?

I shoot Contenders better than any other longbow I've ever tried. This is a really good deal! You should keep it until you find the time to shoot it, but if you can't, someone is going to get a great bow at a more than fair price!

Thanks. No idea why it isn’t selling. It’s basically in brand new condition for 50% off what a new one costs and comes with top of the line brand new strings and other accessories. Only reason I’m even selling it is I have zero time to shoot it.
