[Linked Image from i357.photobucket.com]I bought this shotgun brand new and I am the original owner. It was manufactured in September of 1979. I’ve only fired three boxes through this shotgun in all these years. It has a 30” ventilated rib barrel with a fixed full choke and a 2-3/4” chamber. The gun is perfect in every way, inside and out. No scratches, no dents, no dings, ...none. The finish is polished blue, and the stock is high gloss American walnut. It is in immaculate condition. $675.00 plus shipping to your FFL in CONUS.
Niiice!
"Classic"
Wow! Just exactly like the one my parents got for my 13th Christmas...would have been 1981. I wish mine looked anything like that one....of course there are a lot of memories with all of the rubbed bluing and dings in the wood.
Another look. Thanks fellas.
Come off retail and I'd be interested.

What exactly is “retail” on a 1979 Wingmaster in immaculate condition with a total of 75 rounds fired through it...?

These have appreciated a lot in recent years. Seems an 870 express model might be more at your price point.
Antler’s price is more than fair...

Bump for a beautiful 40 year old wingmaster.
Very nice,
Yes indeed
I’d gladly pay “retail” for a wingmaster of this vintage vs roll the dice with a new one today for the same price.

Good luck with sale. Beautiful WM.

Me too. I love the older wingmasters. They just seem to be better made than the new ones. I have one made the same year as the op's. Its hard to give up the older ones, especially one of this condition. OP, GLWS...
For years, I thought about havin’ Briley or Trulock thread the barrel for screw-in choke tubes, I just never did it. Once I started shootin’ auto’s, the Wingmaster lived in the safe.
I have the exact same one. My dad bought it new in late 70's and gave it to me 20 or so years later when I was 14. I've killed more ducks, and dove with it then any of my Benelli's and somehow have kept it pristine with the exception of 1 scratch on the forearm. Bump for nice shotgun with a good price. They dont make them like this anymore.

SPF to sawdustin. Thank You sir. PM sent.
Antlers, what a beautiful shotgun. I have one with a similar story to yours, given to me at Christmas for my 15th birthday back in 1985. Mine is 3” chambered with screw in chokes. I have managed to keep it pristine for 35 years! One of the last guns I would ever sell.

SawDustin, great buy on this.
Thanks to all..... (cotis, ShortMag11)

Looking forward to receiving it from Antlers!
