Maybe I’m wrong but when you accept an offer and are paid, you don’t renig to sell to a guy that offered more. I made an offer to him for a watch that he had for sale. I asked if it had all the links and if it did, I would give him $250 because they are 338 new, on eBay and provided a link.

Shortly after, I received an email that stated he would accept my offer and sent me his payment info, name and phone number. Within NINE whole minutes of receiving that email, I had sent him the funds via PayPal. Pics with time stamps, below.

Within this time, another person offered him his last asking price of $295 and he in turn edited the message he had sent me, saying he’d let me know that someone had made a better offer.

According to time stamps, he had already been paid by me, before the edit.

He finally responded to me, after I guess he realized he was paid twice. That, he’d refund my money because I never answered him, I guess I figured my payment was my answer to him, wouldn’t you?

Maybe I’m blowing out of proportion but seems really shady and a big dick move. Wouldn’t care how much more someone offered me, if I had already accepted an offer, I couldn’t do what he done! Guess that’s the difference between being a person of your word and a *******

*** I did receive a refund! I did not loose anything and was not cheated, just a [bleep] deal....***

So you learned his integrity is worth $45, put him on ignore and move on. Sucky deal.
+1
He's a piece of schit. He has done stuff like this before.

Off the top of my head I can recall he bought a rifle here, then resold it for more, all while not mentioning the Knicks and dents in it.

I wouldn't let that dude give me a rifle.

[bleep] him.
Wow.
I was going back in forth with Boonechaser and before he got back with me I got a full price offer so I let him know its now sold end of story. Im a 20 year Army veteran and dont owe anyone an explanation . I have hundreds of great deals here over the years many can attest to that.

(208)865-2024 If any internet Cowboys want to keep going.

.
There was no back in forth! I made an offer, you sent an acceptance, with your payment info (wouldn’t call that a back and forth. Remember, I still have all messages and they’re time stamped.

After you accepted my offer in writing (proof above) even if you didn’t hear from me (you did receive payment) I at that point should by anyone’s standard, had first dibs for what you agreed.

Also, calling others internet cowboys and providing a phone number, just makes you an old school bad*** over the length of a phone line. Or telephone cowboy.

And what does your service record matter? Is that like a free pass for you, in life and business. I can thank you for your service and call you a dick, for this BS and mean both. Doesn’t give you a pass.

By the way, thanks for your service but your business etiquette is pathetic and not what I would expect from a service member...

Exactly what I plan to do but wanted others to know before they run into a deal with him... also wanted to make sure I could see his response And any rebuttal, before throwing him on ignore.

I’ll give you $21! 😁
Bragging about your service time makes you even more of a c*cksucker.
Just saying, but I met a lot of douchebags when I was in the service........
Hmm. I recently did a rifle deal with hunthard, where another Campfire member PM'd him after I typed I'd take the rifle, and offered another $100. Hunthard did NOT that take offer--and I was informed about it by the guy who made it.

I've met a bunch of them with 20+ years of service, riding on the Army Welfare System...ROAD

Thanks, Dinny
When you do stuff like this once, it's a mistake. When you have done it on several occasions you're just an [bleep].

heck no; your a famous dood, and he knows it grin

Dirty pool hunthard
Some years ago, I had a similar deal with "hunthard" and he tried to hide behind his military service that time also. I explained that if he indeed was a service member that fact was irrelevant to our deal. I did not lose any money but I have made absolutely certain that I have never clicked on one of his Classified posts since that time. And never will.

RS
I will accept your offer, says it all.

$45 to no longer be a man of your word.

Damn.
I'm guessing that several of us have Military service. Doesn't mean integrity. Those of us who have served know exactly what I mean.
Ive been hustled by him , AVOID.

Thank you for your service.
But based on the evidence produced, you're a 20-year Army veteran that didn't keep his word.

I served twenty one years in the AIr Force and still working for the DoD, if a persons only reply is "I'm a veteran" they probably don't have much else going for them.
I’ve got the turd on ignore because of shady deals....

Amen Tom, same as I.
Every once in a while a new Safariman pops up. Just don't buy the insurance if he offers any.
