I have a chance to buy said rifle. Also has a jard trigger, magnaport radial brake, two sets of scope rings and 20moa base. Mint shape. Supposedly a shooter.

This one is out of my wheelhouse on price.

The OEM Kimber trigger is superb. So IMO not a big improvement. $750 would be my guess

New ones can be readily had for $750 on GB, so use that as a reference depending on how much you value the “additions.” 10at6’s comment about the trigger is spot on, and I can tell you the brake isn’t necessary on that chambering/platform.
Great gun, but if you can spare a few more bucks, look for a used Montana in the $900-$1000 range. They do come up occasionally.

Have the same Kimber, same caliber, mine came with a brake, not sure if it's needed but it is a lightweight. The plastic triggerguard doesn't wad my underwear, I have the Montana and the Varmit but I'm liking this one best.
