This is a semi-custom build that I had Woody from Accurate Ordnance build for me last year and it's going to be close to a duplicate of the 284win that Melvin is building me so it probably won't get out of safe.

This one is kind of special because it was built off a Rem 700 that is stamped 7mm Express/280 Remington that was only stamped that way for one year so pretty rare and cool. The weight of rifle is 6.2lbs and balances great.

Accurate Ordnance took the stock rifle and did they following:

McMillan Mountain stock bedded by AO(looks perfect)
Installed quick detach mounts on side of stock
Painted stock their Monkey Camo
Installed Timney Trigger at 2.5lbs
Lapped lugs and cleaned up action (very smooth)
Recessed crown
Trued up and installed Talley LW 1" base/rings
Cerakoted barrel, action and floorplate

I have over $2200 in rifle and took it to range once to sight in scope with 150SSTs and it grouped 3/4". The rifle is like new with zero scratches, chips or dings

I'm perfectly fine keeping as back up but it does need to be shot and hunted.

$1400 shipped for Rifle and Talleys

Thanks guys. Tried to price it right... Just parts alone are worth what I'm asking. I also have the original 700 RS stock that I will include with rifle.
Unique build. Very nice.
Hard to beat for a good all around rifle.
Which pattern of stock? Mountain rifle?
Had some PMs on additional questions:

My notes just say McMillan Edge but pretty sure it is Mountain or Classic stock pattern... Will double check.

Barrel length is 22" and LOP is 13 7/8"

Round count is less than 50, bore and barrel looks like new.

Thanks
Wow! Nice rifle
That is sweet!

With the cheek piece it's not an Edge or Classic pattern. Most likely Mountain Rifle.

The action and barrel are chrome moly under the cerakote?

Good catch on the cheek piece, I will take some more pics of stock and bedding and post. The action and barrel are CM under cerakote. Thanks.
