I can follow directions fairly well.
The issue is my phone!
I have an Android.
What settings do I need to have the phone on?
I take the picture, then touch the check-mark,
spins a bunch, then says picture is too large,
can't be larger than 2mb.

Apps, Camera, Settings (sprocket at top right), Picture Size, pick a smaller one

best option is to use a photo hosting site. I like postimages.org.

If using an image hosting site you just paste the provided link for forums into your post and the image will appear when you submit.

Open a free Postimage account. Upload pics. Hit share icon, hot links for forums, copy the text, paste into window here.

Imgur is fairy easy also.

I use Imgur, it's pretty easy.

Imgur is very nice. Unfortunately the BBCode link you need to use to display your pic in your post only is available when using a desktop. By their own admission the only link available in the App is a direct link to your pics and not the one to display the pic in a post.

Use the second from the bottom BBCode. When you upload an image usually a good idea to be sure it's marked hidden and not public or all the 14 year old left tard kids can see your firearm
