1973 Marlin 39A Octagon NIB. These have a 24" Octagon barrel, pistol grip stock. These are hard to find in any condition let alone New In Box. There were around 2550 made in 1973. Don't come any better than this. $2100 double boxed, shipped and insured to your ffl. Thanks for looking.
Wow! I wish you luck. Be Well, Rustyzipper.
That’s about as rare as hens teeth!
Have pix now that I can send to email.
They are a sweet 22 lever gun, I stumbled across the 20" version 1973 39M Octagon in a gun store last year, couldn't believe it. Good luck with your sale
Pix of both rifles thanks to win7stw.
Nothing more fun than an octagon barreled lever-gun!!!
There was an Article II version made for the NRA that was octagon as well. My son has one. Awesome rifles.
All old 39s are.
I learned to shoot on a M39, 1936 manufacture. My dad purchased it from a local excavation contractor some time right around WW2. This one is a Deluxe, with checkered wood. My 2 boys learned on it too.
Dad used to kneel down in front of me so I could rest the gun on his shoulder so I could shoot at tin cans. That was 75 years ago.
Sweet memories, long ago and far away. Thanks, Hunter.

Can do a payment plan if that helps.
Great seller bump. Always the best in Marlins.
Offers or trades?? I like high end 22RF's. Anschutz, Coopers??
Do you still have this? Pictures?
The pictures are about 10 posts from the start in this thread. Hunter is a great guy to buy firearms from.
Will consider trades. Like Marlin oddballs and 39's. 22 Rimfire bolt actions. Anschutz, Rem 541's, Win 52 re-issues. Rem 1993 era bolt guns. Rem 25-06 Mountain rifles.
