How or would those fit on a picatinny rail?

Fits on a standard Weaver style rail.............went and measured, this sight and the rings were mounted on a 10-22 that had a picatinny base on it..... seemed to work fine..

slots for the picatinny are slightly wider than the standard weaver slot
