Thoughts. Experience? Looking for my first O/U.

What do you want to do with it, gauge, type of hunting involved?
Sorry I couldn’t go more in depth, I live where there is no service. Pheasant, ruffed Grouse, Doves and possibly Ducks, as well as clays mostly for fun. 20ga and 16ga are mostly what I’m interested in. I got to look at the FAIR Iside as well and it seemed pretty nice but I have little to no experience with SxS. I did really like the Caesar Guerini woodlander but it’s out of my price range. Thank you for any info!
There is a lot of overlap between these companies but I lean toward Battista's (BR) offerings rather than Isadore as I believe Battista built downward from a high level while Isadore builds from a high mid-level upward. I don't think there is an objective difference between the two where they overlap but in this area the subjective becomes the determining factor.
I see what you mean, I will be trying to hit up the Seven Springs clay course sometime soon, I heard they have silver pigeons you can rent, I hope they have a few others to choose from as well. I will say the 110 felt really nice in the shoulder.
Id go silver pigeon over those two
Between the B.Rizzini and the FAIR I lean towards the Battista's. I own a couple of each and the B's have an overall better fit and finish. Although I do have an FAIR LX900 20/28 combo and the wood is unreal. It also has Bulino engraving done by Bottega Giovanelli and I believe the original buyer most likely custom ordered an upgrade on the wood. Sometimes when it comes to wood you do get what you pay for and I am a happy camper with that one.
