I saw a 16 gauge like that a couple weeks ago. I almost picked it up but I planned on buying a more used gun for half the price at a pawn shop that was waiting for the 30 days to clear the NCIS check. Unfortunately, someone bought that gun the second it hit the shelf and the other will probably sell the day before I get down there.
I have one I bought in 1967. My first gun purchase. Bought it at a Globe store.
Bought mine in 1968 from a local sporting goods store in Lubbock, Texas. Paid a whopping $60 for it. I kept it until I gave it to my son when he graduated from college. He still has it and I hope it goes to his son too.
