I've got a Vari X II 3-9x40 that's silver. I'll take $230 for it. It holds zero for me on a 9.3x62. I'd like to get something like it in black matte.

I have a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9x40 in silver. Mind - the Vari-X still had the friction adjustment as did the M8s. I actually hold that as a plus - personally, for a set and forget scope.
PM, if you want to talk about this. Scope is in Germany, so there just might be an easier solution your side of the pond - but if you come up dry, I am willing to help out.
