Awhile back I got a Leupold VX 3i 4.5-14x40mm scope with an adjustable objective. The AO suits my eyes perfectly and lets me get a crisp focus at 100 yards for slow bench rest target shooting. It seems that these are no longer available. Anyone know the reason?

I despise scopes with an AO on hunting rifles.

The Leupold is no Chubby Checkers. Has enough "twist" problems. Actually I prefer them. Leupolds that is.
