II purchased a Leupold 15X30X50 compact scope. Looking for a tripod that will allow me to look through the scope sitting at the bench or sitting on the ground. Don't need for it to work standing.

Tried a cabbalas and it is just plain junk.

Nice little scope. optics are pretty good.. It needs a good tripod to work.

If I can get the tripod worked out it will live in my pack.

Some nice units out there now and the prices on the CF tripods aren’t totally crazy. I have used a Manfrotto CF for years now.

Call Doug and check out the sirui tripods. Great tripod for the money and I’ve used Manfrotto and really right stuff.

The Sirui is light and very stable. Price is great too
