I have a pair of Pentax 10x42 DCF WP binoculars that need a minor repair but have not been able to find a way to contact Pentax Customer Service. Apparently they have shut down all of their phone numbers and google has been no help. Can any one help me find out how to contact them?
Seems like it was posted here Pentax got out of sport optics.

And owned by Ricoh now.

Doug prolly was the scoop and maybe a contact.

I have posted multiple times that when Ricoh took over Pentax, Pentax Sport optics division was treated worse than an unwanted step child. We have not dealt with them at all since Ricoh bought them. Everyone we knew in CS is long gone
I sent in my DCF SP binos last year for a twist up eye piece repair. I bought them 20 years ago from Doug!

The repair process took a 6 weeks and involved sending them to CT, which forwarded them to a repair facility in CA. They required original proof of purchase, which I still have.

In the end, the repair was done well at no charge. It's just not as easy as it used to be.

So, is there any Warranty with Pentax Rifle scopes without purchase receipt?
Can't hurt to give them a call!

The customer service rep that I spoke to was very detailed about the original proof of purchase.

Might have been just the individual or perhaps they are less stringent now?
