Can anyone recommend a forum where there's a lot of focus (pun intended) on night vision; riflescopes and monoculars?
Not a forum, but these folks put out some great information on their podcasts. Very down to earth, pragmatic and really know their szchitsky.
I've spoken with Jason a couple of times over the years and he spent a ridiculous amount of time (and patience) answering my greenhorn questions.

Have you looked at Texas Hunting Forum?
Don’t know if they are the best or anything, but I have read some interesting threads on
A.R.15.com, on the left-hand top click on discussion forums, then click on armory, then scroll down to where it says night vision general discussions.
I also read snipers hide, forums, observation devices, night vision.
