I contacted their CS earlier this year on another matter. I wanted to buy something from them.
No reply. Will try again after the holidays.
An update to this ..... I did try again contacting Sightron after Christmas. I was looking to buy some flip-up caps for a scope. The reply was to contact their Canadian supplier here, which I did.
I got the call today from Hirsch Precision to inform me that the scope caps are in the mail and that there will not be a charge for those.
I'd say that is great customer service!
