Just wanted to let you all know how well Doug treated me. I ordered a 3X9 Conquest and they accidentally sent a 4.5X14. I called and told them they sent the wrong scope, Doug sent me a new 3X9 before he got the one I returned. With it, he sent a Zeiss lens cleaning kit, also the scope was sent next day express, and he's sending me a check to cover return shipping. I'll be buying all of my optics from Doug and would suggest you all do the same!!!

I bought a Pentax Gameseeker 3x9x40 to sit atop my son's new 7-08 Handi-Rifle he got for his birthday. I called and talked to a guy there and asked him how I needed to ship it in order to make sure it made it here in time. He told me standard delivery would make it in time. After the order was entered, he called me back and told me he thought it might not make it in time, so he upgraded it to 2nd day air to make sure it made in time. He then told me that it would be at no extra charge. The scope arrived in time and was every bit as good as Doug has said it was. Two thumbs up for CameraLand.

Thanks guys. To be honest, you all make it very easy. You're great to work with and I have made some excellent friends here. Because of the people I have fished with on this forum all my relatives love you too. My freezer is always full with either the fish I have caught or game that you guys have sent to me. Now, if I could only get Martha to put me on the Pie of the Month Club everything would be perfect

I'll tell my Dad that he trained my brother and I correctly, because when it comes right down to it, that's what it is really all about.

When I was buying my Duovids, I talked to Doug probably 4 or 5 times about options in binos, as well as payments... he is A+ and i LOVE my duovids!
