A quick note of thanks to Doug (Camera Land) and Tony (Zeiss Director of Sales) for Very promptly handling an issue. This was Not a mechanical issue of product failure, but a very important one to me. I have been purchasing optics from Doug for the past several years and have always had outstanding service, and it seems as though Zeiss is in the same boat. I have dealt with Neil at Camera Land on the past couple purchases and 1st rate service also.
