Trying to order Talley LW's for my defiance rebel action. Does anyone know what Talleys fit this action ? I would guess rem 700 w/ 8-40 screws but it's only a guess
Talley now makes LtWt rings for Defiance actions.
IIRC, I bought Nesika lightweights for my Rebel action in 2014.
Remington's won't work.
They can make them in a few configurations? Does the action have a round rear bridge or a flatter Remington style? What is the hole spacing?

Defiance round bridge with .860 spacing shares rings with Nesika as RHutch mentioned.

I ordered a pair for my LA Rebel last week. Part number 930719 for 1" / low rings.
Good news is that Talley makes lots of different LW's for all of Defiance's action top config's. You can get a Rebel with a Rem rear bridge, round rear bridge and with either Defiance's standard spacing or Remington's spacing and every combo of those tops. Remington's rear spacing is .605 IIRC and .860 standard.
Thanks for the info guys. Great as always. I will check the spacing measurement and thr rear bridge. It's the sheep hunter cut if that matters.
Nope that doesn't matter.
My action has the flat Remington style rear and spacing approx .650
Most of the Defiance Rebel's I've seen have the Remington rear bridge. Makes sense as the skies the limit then for scope mounts. Defiance also offers an extended loading port length option, but I don't believe that will effect the scope mounts you choose. I believe that option is geared more towards guys who are building UlraMag's and want the extra ejection port length.
shootAI - Call Defiance and give then the serial number. They can tell you everything you need to know from the build sheet.

I believe/hope your last post of .650" spacing was a mistype and it is actually .605". If that is the case, Talley has rem bridge/.605 bases on their site. Talley link

FWIW - A Remington Rear Bridge is referred to as Sheep Rear Bridge by Defiance on their build sheets.
I just called defiance and they were extremely helpful. They were able to tell me that my action will except rem 700 bases with 8-40 screws. The rear is .605 not .650. That was infact a typo. Front is .860.
This makes it easy to order the rings I need as i have a ton choices now. Thanks for all the input and help.

Actually, the "Sheep Port" option is the cut on the left side of the loading/ejection port. It is a milled flat instead of the standard rounded contour on the left side.

Shown here......this one also has the Remington rear bridge contour

Another nice little custom touch not listed on their website is the hidden bolt release pin at the top of the bolt release lever. They use a machine screw ran up through the bottom to secure the bolt release lever so you don't see the exposed pin like in the top picture.

Mine looks identical to the top picture you posted.

Standard or "Modified" bolt handle...?

The Modified is another way to take a little weight out as they trim down the handle to make it sleeker.

This is the standard handle and you can see how much fatter it is toward the bolt body itself. The "Modified" option will drop right into any McMillan Remington inlet without any modifications to the stock handle inlet.

I like the modified but mine is the standard and the knob itself is is round not tear dropped. I do prefer that bolt knob over mine. I wish I knew all these options when I ordered mine. Oh well.
IIRC, they are threaded on. Just shoot em a call and swap one out.
