I bought a Win Mod 100 Carbine with this base. It is about the same size as a Weaver base but it has two round slots on one side and is angled on the other side. Can anyone identify it? I have posted this in the Winchester Collectors Forum as well/

Pretty sure that is a one-piece base for Lyman Tru-Lock rings. Search on ebay and you'll find some sets for sale.
