I'm looking at a set of Talley 34mm Screw Lock Rings. Are they off center like the set of 25mm QD rings I have?
Are there other brands of steel rings that fit the Talley bases?
I do not have access to a set to have a look at as I live in a regional area of Australia.

This is the 25mm QD set of rings I have. Ended up re-cutting the dovetail on a mill to bring them onto center!
