One of my favorite scopes. I have four of them on various rifles. Bomb proof.
Before S&B went crazy on their pricing the 10x PM II was a great choice, but now its dated and there are many more options with more current features in the $2k price range.

A few more "drops" have been added since my last test....;)
Doug just sent me one, it's waiting on a NULA. I really like that scope.

Nice! Bring it to the shoot next spring.
Yup. Should be fun.

Forgive the ignorance, but do you find the mildot as usable as other MilR like reticles (Christmas tree for lack of better description) for holdover and wind holds?

Thx - Bob

Bob,

That P3 mildot is an awesome reticle. It will work out as far as you can see and it's very good for wind holds. I have it on both my Schmidt's (a 10X42 and a 4X16PMII).

Try one, the glass is fantastic.

This picture was from when the gun and the scope were new. They both have more scratches and less paint now, along with quite a few animals to their credit.

Thank you sir. Appreciate the response!
It’s gone, gents....
Enjoy it, as we know you will smile
So, if you all didn’t know it already, Doug is an enabler. Was a Merry Christmas for me!

NICE!

Now what we all want to know...how much gooder is it than the SWFA 10x42

Nice setup!

Doug, what’s the chance in getting one of these in a 6x?
Schmidt & Bender #932-B11-422 6x42/9 Reduced to: $999.99
I’ve called CLNY twice inquiring about this scope and still haven’t heard anything back.

My question above is about a 6x42mm PMII MD configuration.
Please give me a call, I am in all day.

To my knowledge S&B doesn’t make a 6X42 PM11. You could get a 6X42 with PH knobs.

My google skills must not be very good? I cannot find a thing about this scope?

Spent a bunch of time on Camera lands web site with no luck?

Is this a 6x version of the PM11?

No, this is not a PMII it is a Klassic. The 6x42 PMII is no longer a current production piece
Per Doug, it’s a 6x42mm, 1” tube with a #9 reticle, std capped turrets. I didn’t get turret graduation.

That would work. Can they be added to any scope?
IIRC there was a thread over on snipers hide (or maybe it was here?) a few years ago about special ordering a run of the PMII in 6x42 with P3 reticle, same config as the 10x42. Don't know if it went anywhere though.
That special run never happned.
SB did a batch for LEO agencies. but im not sure why none felt into civilian hands.
