I have Burris Signature Zees on just about all of my rifles. They are all medium height. Are the Tally lows about the same height or are they lower?
Thanks,
CWT
Lower. Talley lows are typically just about right for 40mm objectives. Signature mediums are a little high. I really wish they would design a lower Signature.
Your base height adds to the burris' rings too, but talley lows are fairly high. I'd say it would be close to the same. I've been swapping some of my talley's out for Leupold DD's and Low DD's are definately lower than talley's for sure.
Are we talking Talley rings and bases or Talley lightweight one piece? I was referring to the latter. I'm not sure how the former are sized.
Talley bases and lows will work on a short action with a 50mm scope. At least it will on a Remington 700. 50mm on the standard action will take mediums.

The lightweight Talley's.
