I sent in a scope with a broken reticle. Never, ever saw this happen before. Bushnell sent me a postcard telling me they received the scope. I asked for a different style reticle to be replaced. Today I received the scope back repaired. This was about a ten day turn around. Scope looks great. Very pleased with the service I received. Thanks Bushnell!
