What is the difference between Ultravid HD and Ultravid HD Plus beside the red lettering on the HD?
I have the HD in 8x32 and they are stellar.

Leica changed the coatings and the glass (specifically Schott HT glass prisms). Light transmission went up significantly. HD-PLUS are noticeably brighter when you look through them, though it is less noticeable on the 32s than when comparing the larger objective models.

Thanks Doug, I actually got the 8x32 from you. I love my HDs and really can't imagine better glass. Mine really pop.
I personally like to keep things light and compact, so the 8x32 work for me. Here in the thick mountains, I can't really ever see past 200 yards anyway.
