Ole Buddly has done a good review over on the Hide:

they usually show up with a booth at the hunting expo around here every year. that is a bunch of money for a scope that is matched to one rifle and one load. I always want to recoup my optics money, so resale probably takes a horrendous hit. I think a guy is better suited to a decent scope with a BDC turret, like a kenton turret or something of that nature.

My dad bought one at a banquet last year. I worked up a load and shot it for him. I found it to be a decent scope. Mind you I've not used much of any high end stuff so can't compare. FFP with stadia lines to 1000 yards. I only shot it at 100 and 300. His is 5-20×. I like the Christmas tree cross hair. All in all, if be comfortable killing stuff with it, but I wouldn't pay retail.

I looked at that so called review at the hide.

They jumped on that guy making fun of the scope, all kinds of criticisms of the scope and the OP.

Of course non of them had ever used one. One guy saw one at a gun show and declared it was Chinese junk. Its made in Canada

About the most arrogant, know it all , name calling bunch o A Holes with a elitist's attitude.

Makes some of our Butt holes seem mild in comparison.

I will never understand how the subject of rifle scopes brings out the worst in people. I'll be damned if it doesn't, though.

I used one briefly on one of my rifles. The scope belonged to a friend. Seemed to be of good quality with good glass, but it lacked a parallax adjustment and the parallax was pretty bad at distance. I don't remember the magnification of the scope (it was a variable), but it was of fairly high magnification as I recall. I think this was a very early scope and the parallax problem has been addressed on later models.

There was one for sale locally to me on Armslist. The price didn't seem bad from their suggested retail which how good is that in the real world? But after much research and digging I decided I did not need it but I never actually seen it in person

I’ve got a good friend that has a few of them. He loves them. The tubes are made in China, glass in Japan, assembly is done in Canada. I met the owner of the company at a trade show. Really nice guy. He told me that if I bought one and had a problem with it he would send me a new one free and not even ask me to return the first one.once you have one etched the reticle can’t be changed is the only drawback I see.

Yes it is . Way to much for me to invest in one load basically. With a good range finder you are good with a perfectly matched gun but if you change anything it could be way off. Scope height matters, barrel length matters. To change guns would be a real pain.
