Ryan Pierce (Piercision Rifles) seems to like them enough that he put one on his own 33XC he just built. As you say, not a cheap date, but an impressive piece. His usual fare is Kahles and Nightforce.

Is that a "Hunting Optic"?

Depends on what type of “hunting“ you’re doing just like all other scope choices....

I had no problems hunting and killing with the scope/reticle with the situations I put it in. I’m sure there will be enough hand wringing after that question to form your own opinion.

I’ve had the opportunity to get behind one. Tier 1 optic all the way.

Compromise the bank account maybe.
