Curious if anyone out there has been able to really put it through the paces the last year or so and have any feedback? Specifically on the dialing and return to zero. The one I had briefly was a stunner optically, but I didn't own it long enough to determine if it was built for the long haul.

The 4-16x44 and 50, on paper, seem to check a lot of boxes.
Why did you trip the one you owned?

😎
I sold it to put the funds towards a NF...Good bad or indifferent, I love trying new gear (flavor of the month) and don't hold on to things long.
I have owned the Conquests in 4-14 x 44 and x 50 and use these on .22 lr Win target 52s. I also bought a Zeiss Diavari FL 4-16 x 50 on a .223 bolt gun. For target shooting on paper, both Conquests track well and the view thru the scope
is very good in my eyes. I love the side AO.

The Diavari cost 3 times the price of the Conquests and has a much better glass. The Conquests come close to the pricier Diavari, get either one. I don't know how the Conquests work for dialing multiple distances.
I also have three Leica scopes, the ER 2.5-10 x 42, Visus 2.5-10 x 42, and the ER 5 2-10 x 50. The Conquests to me rate close, but not quite the level of the 3 Leicas or the Diavari with Fluorite Lens.

I also use a 20 year old Swarovski 10 x 42 "Barrett" model made for the .50 BMG Barrett and a Hensoldt 10 x 42 on a Steyr SSG .308, and 1 Kahles CL 3-9 x 42, 2 Kahles 2-7 x 36. The Conquest scope come close to the view behind these exotic Euro glasses.
I’ve got a V4 4-16x44. Been flawless for me. My range only goes to 400 but I dial up and down between 400 and a 100 yard zero frequently and have zero complaints

I have 2 4-16 V4s that I’ve dialed all over the past couple months trying to answer the same question. They have been absolutely perfect and the turret design/feel is one of my favorites. I’ll own a few more.
