can someone tell me what rigidax is used for. i bought some bullet molds and in the box there was a quart can full of rigidax. coating molds maybe?i know its a wax.

Sounds like something to keep away from a mould...maybe lubricate the alignment pins, but thats it.

I think it was used to make a chamber cast of a firearm.It's been so long since I used it,I can't remember what I did with it

I think if it were used to make a cast bullet, I'd use the lead...

Wax in a mould cavity is just time spent burning off a lot of crud and contamination.

It's not a casting or shooting product, it's something machine shops use. What color is it? I'm a machinist and might be interested in buying it from you.
