Was watching one of the hunting programs today & they said all hunting was banned starting Dec 31, 2013.

But they will start to explore National parks and wildlife refuges for fracking!!!!!!

They have shut down most of Botswana's government hunting areas but private land can still hunt plains game an I believe limited Elephant.
All cats have been closed down.

This is going to be a environmental catastrophe in a few years.
And as pointed out now they want to Frack these areas !!

As stated above, private property is still open for hunting. I have a great outfitter in Bots that several on here have hunted with. Botswana is a great hunting destination for sure!
