Pulled up into the drive and on the back patio next to the side of the garage.

My neighbor who just passed away suddenly at 90 apparently told his son to give Phil all his lawn and garden power equipment. Dick Gaurthier's son John followed his Dads wishes.

I really miss that ol Codger. Was always packing his 38 snubbie since his son was killed by The Hells Angels in some territory dispute.

Many a night in the last 25 years Id crack a beer and listen to his stories into the evening until the crickets started up.

Anyway there still is good folks in this world.
LOL, when I saw the picture, I thought your wife was giving you a hint.
Raise one up tonight for your pal.
Yes there are alot of good folks

I expect you might be one of them, he obviously thought so.
Farewell and godspeed Mr Gauthier.

Condolences Fats.

Antique looking edger there. Don't let the safety police see it, they'll confiscate it probably.

PS, I see a coupla leaves on the concrete there, better get that blower to working grin
Here’s to him
You made a good impression on him. Very thoughtful gesture.
Yep. Congrats. Here's to your old buddy and his son.
I was gifted the same lawn edger by a neighbor of mine before he passed. Had to work on it a few times but that old Briggs and Stratton edged my lawn for years. I can hook you up with some new slingblades for that machine, I don't edge grass anymore. Xeriscape drip systems.

That Husky leaf blower is a good one.
I thought the Khan was in town.

Raising a glass to your friend Dick.
Here's to him!
I will drink a beer to you and your friend
PBR!
really nice...

Stihl blower.

Appreciate the offer on the blades but I have a stack. See that clean plug. Dick kept that thing humming. Used it a week before his death.

Cool deal, nice of the old friend.

That edger would bring $25 at the pawn shop, 2 cases of Old Milwaukee...😃

Next week, the blower
To old friends. Looks like he thought you would do the same for him if reversed.

One of my much older HP shooting friends tried to give me all his reloading equipment, I already have a factory and don't have room anyway. We called a club he was active in for decades and got name of a jr shooter and donated it all to the young fellow. He is going to self exfiltrate to a assisted living facility next year. I need to visit him when the rona dies out.
Nice of the old fellow. Ill toast to him this Evening! shame we are be Coming the Old Guys!

Kind of a modified traditional family here.

I do admire your line of thinking though.
