There’s one that I smile at.

The “Stop Joe Biden “ ad. A video of him fondling and smelling women during photo events.

It’s in one of the threads here.

I think he meant 2016.
We have been seeing them for a couple weeks-- its gonna be along 3 months--
I have never seen why they spend money on them. Everyone knows right now how he/she/it is going to vote (like Daddy did) and nothing is going to change that.
John, you've seen the cat fight, Erinst vs Green?
Our daughter worked at a TV station, they make money on campaign adds.
It is always about the money!

Occasionally, there is some programming mixed in between their ads.

"They" make money on ALL adds, that's the only reason they have adds.
Steve, they must make even more money on pollical ads. Supply, and demand.

Add costs/prices are based on length, time slot, popularity/ranking of the host show, frequency of add or adds. I highly doubt politicians would tolerate paying more for the same time and time slot than say Budweiser or GM.
All I know is what she said, have it your way if you like.

Then she is correct, they do indeed make money on adds.

I would imagine that the political season provides the stations with chances to sell slots to the candidates that would otherwise go unsold, resulting in the station having to fill the time with self-congratulatory worship of their own, largely useless, weather departments.
