We had a number of neighbors and friends that owned a second property there when we lived in Calgary. Beautiful place.
Nice looking. Are those trees in back yours?

Go to a Rockets game for me. Enjoy the kids before they start playing in arenas regular folks can't afford to go to!
That looks great Parts! Congratulations.

When is the get together?

What is a Nanny nation? Either of mine were tough as nails.
NIce. I like the entrance arbor.

Looks nice.

Good luck with the sale and move.
Roof looks to be almost new. Everything else looks picture perfect from the appearances.

Yep, it is a nice looking house, a 1990 build, we currently live in a 1966 build.

Very nice!

Congratulations!
Real nice place Partsman, good luck with the purchase!
Well took of the final subject, sent 20.000 deposit, got them to add the large Kirkland Barbeque they have and they agreed to redo the roof on the detached workshop as the inspection showed it in pretty rough shape, have no idea why they did not do the roof on it when the house was done, but at least it will be new now.
Not looking forward to the move, but now that i can drive i will do some myself and be able to get my fifth wheel up there and my utility trailer and atv, hope to sell our house soon, but want to be able to get a lot done before selling our house so i am not rushed.
NIce looking house, but what are those things that kinda look like a neighbor's house on either side of it?
Very nice looking place, hope you have many days of happiness there.
Looks great. Looks a nice area too.

Only been to Vancouver and up to Whistler ( of course, I’m an Aussie!) but would have liked to have looked around a lot more. Maybe in the future....

Hope the move goes well.
so put our house on the market monday, it sold today for 951000, so now time to finish our move to Kelowna, was nice not having to sell and rush to buy something, we have till oct 13th to be out.
so will be a real change from living in the city, to living in a small area in Kelowna, will now have to meet up with the local posters from here.
Congrats on the sale and move.

Hope all goes well, and most importantly that it turns out to be a happy place.
Congratulations Partsman good luck with the move.
