Really weird looking sky last evening !

Yep, mother nature can be both mean & beautiful at the same time !

I get nervous when i see clouds weird like that. Funnels come down when they get a little weider.

Yep. I no longer live in tornado country but growing up in north central Arkansas -- Tonado Alley -- when we'd see cloud formations like that, we'd always be ready to run for the storm shelter if the funnels began to develop.

In 91 a tornado took the roof off, they stayed open selling beer without the roof, you might say it was a topless bar.

I just looked back and saw your's too 99s.
Great stuff; reminds me of my youth in Minot. No mountains and you could see those big thunderstorms rolling in from 50 miles away.

I lived near Sidney MT in my teens. Same thing, you could see the storm coming for a long way off.
