These Democrat Governors do not want Federal Agents in their States protecting Federal Property, Yes.

These Democrat Governors are Bat Schit Crazy, yes.

Are these Bat Schit Crazy Democrat Governors crazy enough to order their NG to cities like Seattle and Portland to physically remove Federal Agents, or remove a fence protecting Federal Property?

What would happen if they tried something like this?
Trump would/could Federalize them like Ike did in Arkansas 1956 and Kennedy did in Alabama 1962 over school integration?

Yes, POTUS is the commander in chief of the guard as well .
If any governor tried to send them out to remove federal agents President Trump should declare that these governors are committing insurrection and immediately federalize them and order them to return to their barracks.
Then refer the governors to the justice dept. for arrest and prosecution.

Although originally state entities, the Constitutional "Militia of the Several States" were not entirely independent because they could be federalized. According to Article I, Section 8; Clause 15, the United States Congress is given the power to pass laws for "calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions." Congress is also empowered to come up with the guidelines "for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress" (clause 16). The President of the United States is the commander-in-chief of the state militias "when called into the actual Service of the United States." (Article II, Section 2).

That actually took place in Little Rock, in 1957. I lived there then although a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

To make sure the Federalized Ark, N.G. obeyed orders, Pres. Eisenhower sent in a battalion of the 101st Airborne, the "Screaming Eagles." Things then went according to Hoyle.

I would suspect if Pres Trump had to Federalize the National Guards of the "blue States, he would probably do the same. Just a guess.
