The good guys finally win one! Way to go, AG
Now he needs to step up and prosecute the Soro's appointed DA who attempted to prosecute them.
It ain't over yet.

MO AG has filed a motion asking the court to dismiss the charges.

MO AG does not have the power to dismiss local charges.
Antelope sniper: Indeed the racist prosecutor who went off on this bizarre and absolutely unwarranted "attack" on those two citizens should be removed from office - IMMEDIATELY.
Thank goodness some sanity has intervened there in Missouri.
Prosecutorial abuse is becoming more and more prevalent amongst the racist negro prosecutors "out to get whitey" and against people they simply have political differences with - it is a sad time to be a traditional valued American in many parts of out country.
That is tragic as well.

...........That would be my fondest wish but it will probably never happen. Those bastirds never seem to be held accountable for the chit they pull.
Saw another article today "OK to carry concealed while wearing a mask"...
Here is what I'm wondering about this whole incident. Were not these "protesters" on property where they could not legally be? Did not these "protesters" damage a gate and forcibly enter the property? Did not at least some of these "protesters" make threats of violence toward people who were legally where they could be? If so, why are there not arrest warrants out for the "protesters" who damn well knew they were acting illegally?

Not to mention freeing all the blatantly guilty mob thugs.
Not just a 2A victory. A victory over political prosecution.

Unfortunately, prosecutors enjoy almost absolute immunity. An election might bring her career to an end, though.

As far as i am concerned, wearing a mask to conceal your face to prevent identification while carrying means you are up to no good. Used to be you were immediately categorized as a criminal.

This state has a law against wearing wearing masks or hoods in public with a few exceptions such as children on Halloween and Mardi Gras parades but I don't see an exception covering this mandate from the governor who hasn't asked the legislature to change the law. But we can legally carry firearms most places.
Biff and Buffy weren't so scared the second time around, or they learned a lesson.

Denton: Good point.
How that "negress prosecuteress" got into that position of power and public trust is beyond me?
She has been brought down a notch or two now though, and her removal from her office would be best for her jurisdiction.
Sad.

She can be removed from office very quickly, but won't be. She is up for reelection next Tuesday, too bad no one stands a snowballs chance in hell in St Lou.

Eric Schmidt is a nice guy, I met him when he was the State Treasurer. My son interned for him when Eric was a State Senator. He's a good conservative voice in our state, hope he wins and makes that woman look like the fool she is.

KC
If private security put up a barricade and they came through it, how is that not trespassing and punishable by arrest?
I think she'll be gone after Tuesday. From what I read she's not well liked and has some serious competition for the job. They will just get rid of her but it will still be Saint Louis being Saint Louis,
