We have a pretty large county fair here. I was by the fairgrounds this morning and the carnival is set up and exhibitors are busy building their displays. It starts in a few days and it looks like business as usual. Masks are optional.
Most of our schools will be starting soon. A few have already started to make up a few days they missed last spring. Some require masks, some don't.
I was in Home Depot yesterday. They went all through the spring and summer without masks but now they require them.
Except for masks, things are pretty normal here. I don't know of any businesses that are closed. Idaho is still at level 4 but I think most people have just said screw it and do what they want. The exceptions are chain stores that are controlled from elsewhere and have to follow commands from above.
