I'm drinking a whiskey/coke currently. Will grill Ribeyes later after the 107 heat subsides a bit. I'm tired. 230 AM wake-up call this morning to scout for deer.

Life is good however.

I tried to drink myself to death the other night.

I feel better today. Probably a Budweiser in a few minutes.

Budweiser for me, it's the weekend!

Slept literally all damned day, about 12 hours. Up for the night I guess. Just sipping ice water from the well. Someone please have a beer, even a Budweiser, for me.

G&Ts followed by bison tacos W/ frijoles and an avocado. My growler will enjoy this evenings dutch oven less than I. Everybody have a great weekend.

Likely have another Tart Cherry and Lime homemade soda with my popcorn and a HOCKEY game, now that the wife went to bed and I have control of the TV set.

Awesome pic and drink Ed. Finished up the cleanup of a commercial building and the wife and I went to a favorite spot and had Ortega burgers and I don't recall the wifies drink order but I had a bacon Bloody Mary and a couple of Modelo's. Perfect for this end of the summer sizzle. Low 100's* for the weekend but back in the 80's by Tues.

Come Monday we are too cool the high 70's, at best. It works as I have some exterior painting to do.
