Happenstance, I have not had a cold yet since March?

I have phlegm morning, and evening from blood pressure pills.

You folks?

Dad gets clear mucus something awful, but I think it's his body trying to flush out the medication..
It's a pretty standard reaction to too much of anything....
Booze, sawdust, paint fumes, drugs...

Toxins in the lungs. The lungs are one of multiple pathways of how the body is designed to get rid of toxins. It picks up household pollutants through night too. Usually molds and dust.

Here's a idea that some of the atheists here will accuse me of practicing medicine. Write a note as a reminder and put it somewhere in the kitchen where you first go every morning, ie. coffee pot.

Have a glass jar of fresh water, a quart to start the day.
See if this works for you too.
Don't use it for coffee. Use before drinking it or breakfast. The body is dehydrated in the AM and blood thins with water. The phlegm thins and clears out easier too.

Not around here but the last few days we have had winds of 40-50 and gusts higher.

There was not enough moisture to sprout the rye or wheat so all of the powder if flowing.

Sometimes from the south then it changes from another direction then repeats again.

Wish it would rain some.

There are two times my nose runs, when I eat soup, and when I don't!

Because, in the past, if you appeared to have a respiratory virus, they automatically diagnosed you with flu. But since early 2020, if you appear to have a respiratory virus, they automatically diagnose you with COVID19, i.e., they test you till they get a false positive for it, which is pretty easy to do with the COVID19 test.
