Just was watching it again and I just figured out if you click on the settings gear on the lower right corner you can click on playback speed and then click on .25 it will play it back in slow mo. Then you see how crazy of a wreck this really is and how lucky of a guy he really is.

I knew a guy who was in a car wreck where the top pipe rail on a cyclone fence impaled him through his chest. He survived the surgery to remove the pipe from his chest but the doctors couldn't find his nipple anywhere. Turns out his nipple was inside the pipe like leather punch.

They sewed his nipple back on but he always said they re-attached it upside down. Not sure how he knew that.
