People also need to understand the burden of proof in this case is a preponderance of the evidence, meaning it was more likely than not to have occurred. It is not beyond a reasonable doubt like in a criminal case.

Several emails down another lawyer said the spelling errors and word run together etc. are probably because of the conversion to PDF, done to PDF version for internet display etc.
